Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period provided before the departure date.

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% of total cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost (No refund)

2. Cancellation by Runway Holidays

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.
